Diamond Day Spa

Had a good massage. Lady at the desk was very rude. I was pressured to tip, and she told me that my tip wasn't enough and I would have to tip more. Told me I had to use venmo becuase credit card had fees. I felt like I wasn't allowed to leave. Luckily venmo won't allow transactions so close together, so I was able to "escape". The massage was good. The service is very bad, and the building is... okay. Lights too bright, music too loud, doorbell going off frequently. Forced gratuity. I don't know if I'll go back, but unfortunately most massage places in Urbana have closed.

Amazing deep tissue massage for a very reasonable price. Clean, calming environment, professional massage therapists with great attention to detail. Will be coming back!

I had such an amazing experience at Diamond Day Spa. I got the full-body 60-minute massage, and it was so worth it. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. The massage was the best!
